Field Trip Information 2024
Double Creek Farm field trips are designed for Pre-K through 4th grade students. The cost for students is $8.00 which includes a mini pumpkin. Each adult/teacher is $5.00. No charge for bus drivers. Field trips start at 10:00 am and end at 1:00 pm. Gates open at 9:30 am. The field trip includes painting a small pumpkin, bounce houses, duck races, hay/train rides, corn maze, Fort Somewhere Else, many photo sites, and a covered picnic area. Food is not provided and there is no food for purchase at the farm on these field trip days.
Parents, siblings, grandparents, etc., will pay at the farm and will receive an armband to indicate payment received. CASH ONLY accepted for field trip entrance fee.
Teachers please download the "Class Field Trip Form" by clicking on the link to the right. Please print out and use these forms to help you, and us, determine a head count and collect payment. We ask that you bring these forms with you when you arrive. We ask that each school have payment collected for students and teachers. We will accept a school district check or cash for payment. Payment may be made in advance or collected upon arrival. No refunds for over payment will be issued. Double Creek Farm Field Trips
"My family moved to the area at the beginning of November 2012 and visited the Double Creek Tree Farm to get our Christmas tree. It was a wonderful experience and the young men handling our tree were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to help us ensure that our tree would fit in our tree stand. My two year old loved the train and hay jump. We can't wait to come back this year not only for our tree but also our Halloween pumpkins."
